License terms for using CafeNode software, app releases, and related services.

CafeNode grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CafeNode app and web functionality for lawful personal or business purposes.
The license ends upon account suspension or contract termination.
The app, source materials, architecture, logos, UI patterns, and platform content are owned by Decodation LLC dba CafeNode or its licensors. User-provided content remains yours, while CafeNode retains usage rights as described below.
You are responsible for your submissions and must have rights to share them. You grant CafeNode a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate those submissions in the service.
CafeNode may issue updates and compatibility changes. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of updated behavior.
Third-party services may be part of the app experience (for example, authentication, maps, or analytics). Your use of those services may be governed by their terms.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
No express or implied warranty is offered beyond what is required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted. CafeNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
You agree to defend and indemnify CafeNode for violations, misuse, or unlawful use connected to your account.
Either party may terminate this agreement in line with service policy. We may suspend or terminate licenses for security, legal, or policy reasons without prior notice.
If terminated, you can still use Account and Data Deletion and support channels for account matters.
This EULA is intended for inclusion in app marketplace settings. Terms and conditions from Apple App Store and Google Play will apply to distribution, refunds, and support where applicable.
