Get discovered by the right guests
Reach coffee lovers, students, travelers, locals, and respectful remote workers without positioning your cafe as a free workspace.
Finding your next coffee spot…
For cafe owners
CafeNode helps independent cafes communicate what they offer, from coffee and atmosphere to guest policies and practical work-friendly context.
Reach coffee lovers, students, travelers, locals, and respectful remote workers without positioning your cafe as a free workspace.
Publish laptop-friendly windows, peak-hour restrictions, laptop-free options, no-calls guidance, and suggested stay duration.
Add owner notes, best-for tags, coffee highlights, atmosphere details, and the kind of visits you want to encourage.
Optional tools cover announcements, specials, cafe responses, events, menus, review insights, writing drafts, and manager access. Billing and release checks remain incomplete: confirm what is available to your account before choosing a paid plan. Core profile controls stay free.
How it works
CafeNode owner tools are designed around clear expectations, not maximizing unpaid seat time.
Check the cafe name and street address. Different locations have separate profiles.
Sign in, open the cafe profile, and choose Claim this cafe. A submitted request does not grant management access.
Maintain your profile, hours, cafe photos, amenities, laptop policy, and owner notes. These core controls stay free.
Claim the right profile
An ownership review and a published listing answer different questions. Neither payment nor submitting a request grants automatic approval.
If the cafe is missing, suggest a listing. Suggestions are reviewed; submitting one does not automatically publish a cafe or approve an ownership claim. If a public detail is incorrect, the branch profile also has a “Suggest an update” form for signed-in visitors.
Useful guest expectations
Start with coffee, atmosphere, and what makes your cafe distinct. Explain practical rules without positioning every table as a workspace.
Describe laptop-free areas, permitted laptop hours, busy-period limits, purchase expectations, and whether calls are allowed. Check Wi-Fi and outlet information separately: having Wi-Fi does not automatically mean that laptops are welcome.
Example wording, only if it is your actual policy:
“Laptops are welcome in the back room before noon on weekdays. Please keep the front tables laptop-free and take calls outside.”
Make changes specific to the branch and keep temporary exceptions current. Leave an unknown detail unconfirmed until you can support it. An approved owner, a checked address, a paid tool, and a confirmed amenity are separate facts.
Guests can use our reading-cafe checklist to plan a coffee and book break without assuming laptop permission.
Owner plans and readiness
On this website, owner plan access starts from the owner dashboard after claim approval. Check the current web offer, billing readiness, and tools available to your account before checkout.
$0
Keep your cafe information useful and accurate after ownership approval, without a paid plan.
$9.99/month
Optional package for one cafe. The tool descriptions below keep pending release checks visible.
Monthly and annual plans have the same features for one cafe. Annual billing costs less; it does not unlock extra permissions. Save $19.89/year with annual billing: $99.99 instead of $119.88 for twelve monthly payments, before applicable taxes.
Optional owner tools
These tools have been built, but billing and release validation remain incomplete. Confirm current availability in your account before paying; this page does not establish a completed purchase or native-app release.
Prepare news about new beans, opening changes, or seasonal offerings, with draft, publication, archive, and optional date controls.
Describe an offer, add an optional promotion code, and set start and end dates without buying a better rating.
Thank guests, explain a policy, or address a concern under the original published review. Owners cannot edit the guest's words or rating.
Create a dedicated showcase for coffee tastings, workshops, and local events, with dates, location details, and an optional external information link.
Show signature drinks, seasonal items, descriptions, categories, optional USD prices, and permitted photo links. Control availability and display order.
See published review totals, average ratings, rating distribution, cafe response counts, and reviews from the last 30 days. Request AI themes grounded in the recent review sample.
Draft announcements, offers, events, menu descriptions, review responses, and review summaries from supplied facts. Preview, explicitly apply, and save separately.
Invite up to five managers or pending invitees to help maintain the same cafe. Each manager signs in and accepts with their own confirmed email, without sharing your password.
A plan does not guarantee bookings, sales, extra exposure, or phone notifications. Announcements, offers, and other updates appear publicly only after the appropriate publication step and access checks.
Trust comes first
Owners can report suspected spam, abuse, conflicts of interest, or other rule violations for moderation, just like other users. Disagreeing with a review or paying for Owner Pro is not a reason to remove it. Owners cannot delete or rewrite another person's review, alter its rating, or buy verification or a higher search position.
