By accessing or using CafeNode, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must meet minimum age and legal capacity requirements where required. Keep account credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorized access.

CafeNode helps users discover independent cafes and evaluate work-friendliness. CafeNode is not the operator, owner, franchisor, or staff of any listed cafe.

Cafe information can be inaccurate or change without notice. We do not guarantee Wi-Fi speed, outlet counts, seating comfort, operating hours, or long-stay behavior at any location.

Listings are provided for information and discovery purposes and may reflect owner and community inputs. Users should confirm details before travel or work-day planning.

You remain responsible for your content. You grant CafeNode a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and make your submissions available as needed for product operation and moderation.

We may remove or limit content that violates policy, defames someone, or breaks law.

• Abuse, harassment, fraud, spam, or deception.
• Submitting false reviews, fake photos, or misleading claims.
• Scraping, automated harvesting, or abuse of APIs.
• Attempts to reverse engineer, overload, or tamper with systems.
• Impersonation or misuse of another account or business listing.

CafeNode can review, hide, edit, or remove content. Users may report suspicious or inaccurate entries and request review through Contact/Support channels.

Owners may claim a listing where eligible and manage details, policy notes, and work signals. Claim status does not create an employment or agency relationship and does not transfer ownership of third-party information.

CafeNode may provide links to maps, websites, booking tools, or social profiles. We do not control or guarantee external pages, and use by third-party services is subject to their terms.

Map and location quality depends on those services and may include outages, delays, or inaccuracies.

CafeNode may offer paid features or promoted placements in future releases. Launch terms, pricing, and entitlement details will be published before activation.

Current terms may be updated for future paid functionality.

CafeNode may suspend or terminate accounts for legal, security, abuse, or policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

Claimed or saved data may remain until deletion processes complete or as required by law.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or feature completeness.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CafeNode and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages from using listed information.

You agree to indemnify CafeNode for misuse, unlawful conduct, and content violations you create.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Decodation LLC dba CafeNode, unless a mandatory local law gives you additional rights that cannot be waived.
